g.a.d.o. is a duo of two great artists doing okay, consisting of Paloma Sanchez-Palencia and Lena Skrabs.
We are interested in the performative aspect of everyday life, in the celebratory possibilities of the ordinary and the practical exploration of mediocrity. Work and non-work are the main topics of our research and practice. Our work includes small and big gestures, idleness, boredom, joy, celebrations and often some kind of disappointment. Average performance is our declared aim.
